children. Elijah showed promise
in church and entered in many
talent contests. Elijah enjoyed
entertaining as young as 3
dancing at the drop of the hat for
relatives and friends. Elijah
entered an open audition for
Simba in the Lion King at 9, and
even though he did not get the
part for the New York production.
Disney was very impressed and
chose him for the opening of the
Las Vegas Mandalay Bay
production.
